TGL brings young professionals (recent graduates), who have participated in the Life Cycle Program of our startups as well as worked within our company, to bridge the gap between formal education and practical work experience in international organizations for a duration of 3 to 9 months. The program intends to gain professional experience abroad, as well as in-depth exposure to a foreign culture and society to enhance professional skills, to advance their careers, and to share their experiences and increased understanding of the U.S./foreign market.
