Welcome! This is the application form to join The Ganesha Lab’s Business Mission to the Deep Tech Summit São Paulo 2025 — an immersive 5-day experience from September 29th to October 3rd — designed to connect high-potential Latin American startups with Brazil’s deeptech ecosystem.

About the mission 

This is not a direct registration for the event. A curated group of startups will be selected to participate in this mission based on their stage of development, market readiness, and alignment with the program’s goals. 

Startups already part of The Ganesha Lab’s portfolio are welcome to apply. However, all applicants will go through an evaluation process. 

What’s included 

The mission includes: 

-Showcase your solution at a booth and connect with 2,000+ attendees from across the innovation ecosystem. 

-Connect with corporate innovation leaders in pre-arranged strategic sessions. 

-Experience Brazil’s biotech landscape first-hand through in-person visits to leading firms and research hubs. 

-Evening cocktail with key partners, investors, and decision-makers from the ecosystem. 

Who can apply 

We welcome applications from: 

-Biotechnology-based companies in life sciences or agrifood space. 

-Latin American startups from pre-seed to Series A stage. 

-Teams with scalable solutions and international growth potential. 

-At least one team member who speaks English or Portuguese.
