The Ganesha Lab Makes Strides in Brazil
Matías Rothhammer, Portfolio Manager Agro-Food Tech represented The Ganesha Lab at the prominent South Summit Brazil 2024, where he planted the company’s flag in a particularly attractive market.
“In Brazil, we face several barriers not present in other Latin American countries, primarily language and culture. Therefore, it’s crucial for us to establish our presence and raise visibility for The Ganesha Lab in events of this magnitude,” explained Matías.
South Summit Brazil is an event that attracts over 20,000 people associated with entrepreneurship, accelerators, incubators, and notably this year, major corporations along with their investment branches.
Rothhammer highlighted “the presence of corporations, such as Vale, a significant player in sustainable mining, and Inova Brasil, Bradesco’s investment arm, engaging with startups—an unprecedented situation that affirmed the remarkable decision of The Ganesha Lab’s participation in the event”.
“From one’s office or workplace, it’s challenging to grasp the scale of the ecosystem. Attending South Summit allowed me to comprehend that the search for solutions to today’s global issues through scientific projects involves not just startups and accelerators, but a complex network dedicated to addressing the planet and people’s concerns,” stated Matías.
In conclusion, Matías declared that “I’m confident that despite the event’s immense scope, The Ganesha Lab’s name and mission of translating science into good businesses are gradually gaining recognition among key stakeholders, further solidifying our presence in the industry”.
