More than two thousand companies from more than 50 countries applied to be part of this prestigious selection, which showcases selected international AgriFoodTech startup and scaleup companies using a unique methodology to rank them based on their business size, digital footprint, and sustainability practices.

The CEO and co-founder of the startup, Dr. Kris Blanchard, stated that this milestone is a demonstration that they are on the right path, and that this recognition represents an international validation of the company’s potential to be a real game-changer in the industry.

“This prestigious recognition highlights global entrepreneurial talent at the intersection between food, technology and sustainability, three areas that are absolutely critical for the future of the planet,” Blanchard added.

“We hope that this achievement will also help to bring more private and public funding to the emergent industry of cellular agriculture, which offers an amazing alternative to feed the world in an efficient, eco-friendly, and intelligent way that doesn’t compromise the ability of future generations to meet their needs,” Blanchard concluded.

This is the fourth edition of the list, which is considered to be the world’s first definitive list of global entrepreneurial talent at the intersection between food, technology, and sustainability.
