BIGinBIO is our scale-up program for early stage Latin American biotech startups, which aims to support early stage companies to internationalize their project. Already 35 startups have gone through our program since it started in 2017, confirming its high value and the professionalism of our mentors!Applications open every year on April 1st.

In addition to receiving workshops, mentoring and personalized counseling to close the specific gaps that each startup faces, an investment of up to US$160,000 is made so that the founders can dedicate themselves exclusively to the program during its four-month duration.At the end of BIGinBIO, the two startups best prepared to enter the U.S. market are selected to undergo the International Market Validation (IMV), a two-month and one-month stay abroad, respectively, to begin their internationalization.
